Most people build their business twice.

Once cheap and fast, and then again properly (usually about three years later, after the first one never brought in a single client). Build It Once is a twelve month buildout for solo service businesses in Regina. If you haven't built yet, we build it right the first time. If you've already been through it once, this is the build that works.

Build It Once is a twelve month business buildout for solo service businesses, inside The Metro at Unit B 1827 Albert Street in Regina, Saskatchewan, at $1,950 a month for twelve months. It installs a complete marketing and sales system (website, brand, marketing plan, business plan, sales training, coaching, and bookkeeping) and hands it over at month twelve, when the program ends.

$1,950 a month for twelve months. No deposit, no auto-renew. At month twelve you own the system and you're done.

The problem

The four problems this exists to solve

Four things go wrong when a solo service business tries to get marketing done, and they explain both the cheap first build and the three year wait for the proper one: nobody stands behind the work, five vendors give five answers, there's nobody to ask, and doing it yourself has a cost of its own.

Nobody stands behind the work.

You can hire a marketing firm and they'll take your money. Ask what happens if it doesn't produce anything and you'll get a version of “marketing takes time.” The risk sits entirely with you. For a business where $5,000 is a real number, that's not a fair trade, and most small operators have made it at least once.

Build It Once answers that in writing. In month one we agree a target for qualified leads, a number specific to your business and your market, and it goes into your agreement along with what happens if we don't hit it. You read all of it before you sign anything.

The risk shouldn't all be yours.

Five vendors, five different answers.

Piece it together and you end up with a web person, a designer, a bookkeeper and maybe a coach, none of whom talk to each other. The web person says one thing about your positioning and the designer says another, and you're the one refereeing a disagreement between professionals in fields you don't work in. So you pick at random, or you stall.

One system instead of five vendors.

You're doing this alone.

Most solo operators have nobody to ask. Not a mentor, not a peer at the same stage, not someone who tried the same thing last year and can tell you whether it worked. People inside a company have colleagues to check an idea against. You have a laptop.

A peer group instead of working alone.

Building it yourself costs you the thing you're actually good at.

The do-it-yourself route looks free. It isn't. It's paid for in the hours you're not selling, not delivering, and not billing, spent doing work badly that someone else does well. The most expensive thing a capable person can do is spend a Saturday on a logo.

Someone doing the work so you keep selling.

The missing piece

What marketing actually is

Marketing isn't a logo and it isn't a website. It's the system that turns effort into inquiries on purpose, so that work arrives because you built something that produces it rather than because someone happened to mention your name. That system is what a business is missing when everything depends on referral, and it's what gets built here.

What Build It Once is

One membership that builds the whole system

Build It Once is a twelve month buildout: you keep running your business, and alongside it we build the commercial machine yours has been missing (website, SEO, brand, marketing plan, business plan, sales training, coaching, bookkeeping, and a custom AI assistant), then hand the whole thing to you at graduation.

What all of it costs, in full, is on the pricing page.

What's included

Everything in the one price

Membership is $1,950 a month, one price for the full twelve months, and it covers all ten pieces on this list: no add-on packages, no upgrade tiers, no per-service billing. Each piece is itemized below and explained in plain terms elsewhere on the site.

Website build plus ongoing SEO
Built by our web partner, live by month three, worked on all year.
Branding and visual identity
A brand that matches the prices you intend to charge.
A marketing plan
What runs where, saying what, on what budget. Then it runs.
A business plan
Written in month one; it steers the other eleven.
Sales training
How to run the conversations the marketing creates.
Business coaching
A bi-weekly group session, a monthly one-on-one, quarterly reviews.
Bookkeeping
Books kept current all year (bookkeeping, not a tax return).
A custom AI assistant
Loaded with your business context, so it answers like it knows you.
A private office at The Metro
With heated underground parking and storage, if you want one.
A small peer community
Other members building the same muscles, a phase ahead or behind you.

Each piece (and what you actually receive inside it) is spelled out on the what's included page.

Fit

Who it's for (and who it isn't)

Build It Once is for solo service business owners who already know what they sell, who they sell to, and what they charge. Some are one to three years in with referral-only revenue; some are launching properly from day one. If the offer itself is still undecided, it's too early.

A likely fit

  • You know what you sell, who you sell it to, and what you charge
  • You can fund $1,950 a month from revenue or committed capital
  • You'll attend the sessions and do your own sales conversations
  • You want to own the system, not rent an agency

Not a fit right now

  • Your offer, pricing, or target market is still undecided
  • Your constraint is capacity, not leads
  • You want someone else to do the selling for you

The honest version, including everyone we'd turn away, is on the who it's for page.

The twelve months

How the year actually runs

Month one is intensive setup (plans, brand direction, scoreboard, your AI assistant, bookkeeping onboarded). By month three the website is live and the marketing plan is running. Months four to six tune the system against real numbers. Months seven to twelve, you take it over, then graduate.

  1. Month 1

    Set the foundations

Business plan and brand direction set, website and SEO kicked off, your AI assistant built with your business context, bookkeeping onboarded, and your scoreboard defined.

  2. Months 2 to 3

    Go live

Website live, brand applied, marketing plan running for real. Sales training begins, and the first quarterly review checks everything against the scoreboard.

  3. Months 4 to 6

    Run and tune

The marketing system runs and gets tuned against real numbers. Sales skills go to work on live prospects. Books current, second review done.

  4. Months 7 to 12

    Take it over

You increasingly run the system yourself, with the coaching cadence as the safety net. Final reviews, then graduation: everything built is yours.

The month-by-month detail, including the coaching cadence underneath it, is on the how it works page.

Member results

Nothing to show yet (on purpose)

Build It Once opens August 17, 2026, so there are no member results to show you, and we won't invent any. No stock testimonials, no borrowed logos. As the first members do the work, their results will appear here, with permission, exactly as they happened.

Placeholder

Reserved for first-cohort results. The first quarterly reviews land in late 2026; anything published here will be real, specific, and shared with the member's permission.

Questions

Asked before booking a call

Three questions people ask before they'll book anything: what membership costs each month, what happens when the twelve months end and you graduate, and what to do if your offer isn't settled yet. The full list, grouped by topic, lives on the FAQ page.

What does membership cost?

$1,950 a month for twelve months ($23,400 total), with no deposit. The full breakdown, including what's deliberately not in the price, is on the pricing page.

What happens at month twelve?

You graduate. The website, brand, marketing plan, business plan, books, and AI assistant are yours; you own them and run them without us. There's no auto-renew and no pressure to stay. Ongoing support after graduation is optional, and we'll talk about it near the end if you want it.

What if I don't know what I'm selling yet?

Then Build It Once isn't the right next step, and joining anyway would waste your money. Deciding your offer, your market, and your prices is founding work, and it comes first; the program builds marketing on top of something already settled. The full fit test is on the who it's for page.

The rest (terms, the program, logistics) are answered on the FAQ page.

Want to talk it through before you decide?

A conversation is the fastest way to find out whether Build It Once fits the business you're building. It's a real call with a real person, not a pitch you have to sit through. If you'd rather look around before you talk to anyone, the free presentation is the place to start.
